Just one bad design fault, where the stick is attached to the body of the motor this is only held by 2 short screws and with a sloppy fit broke off from the main motor therefore needing a replacement.

Good for quick vacuum round. Not a brush bar but roll bar. Suction ok. Cable is a good legth. The small brush extension tool isn’t working right. The instructions weren’t to clear on how to clean the bin & filter so had to wing that. Early use so can’t say how longevity & durability is, time will tell.

The hooover has soooo much potential but the part that falls short in one area – the rotating head.
Pros;
– good attachments included
– lightweight and easily maneuverable
– decent power and capacity to store dust
– easy to clean and change filter
– plug in, so no battery concerns
Cons
– as mentioned the main attachment has a rotating head which is great, but as the attachement is soft felt rather than hard bristles it means that it does not pick up as much dirt as it could and takes a run over or two, when compared to my 5 year older cordless vax hoover that has hard bristles on the head (so again the shame here is that they have used a soft head and not a hard one that picks up dirt better and this is a new design so not sure why they would pick a less effective option when the hoover is corded)

“we do not hold information as to the measurements of the hepa filter, and the hepa filter, is specifically manufactured to the appliance, therefore alternative filters cannot be used.
The make is Tower, as it is designed by us and manufactured by us, and the product code is – T513006PETS001, however please note that is is end of line, which means that it is no longer being manufactured as a spare part, hence why we can only access it from returned items. ”
“There is a misprint in the user manual, when it refers to changing the filter, it refers to clesaning the filter not changing it.”

Lightweight. Manouevrable. Easy to store. Attachments easy to assemble and remove. Comes with a printed user manual. Perfect for quick clean-ups, especially on solid floors. Be aware that the motorised floor head does not have a rotating brush bar, but has a rotating part with velour strips on the fins, so carpet pile is not actually brushed during cleaning. The pet brush tool does have a motorised brush, which worked well on stair carpet. Cord length of 5m means unplugging to do each room, but it’s long enough to do a flight of stairs in a 1920s two-bed semi. Cord can be wound round the motor assembly for storage.
