Was dubious about it replacing a full oven and hob but it quickly displaced those thoughts it has been great. I have roasted a small chicken and cooked sausages using roasting bags which has eliminated the need for cleaning. The hobs are effcient and easy to control using the thermostat my rissoto is just as good as before. Like any new appliance you need to familiarise your self with it but I found it easy to use the only difference was using the timer for both oven and hobs. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Hi David.
The reason I have given the product a low rating is that I have had to return it to you as it is not working
properly, I sent an email to Lucy in customer service and put a copy of it attached to the box when it was
collected by DPD on Thursday the 24th. of August explaining the reason for returning it.
I am shaw that the problem is a one-off so hopefully it will be sorted and returned in good working order, in which case my next review will be entirely different.

We are NOT so pleased that we bought this oven. Mr Hayward and I, a friend who looks after him, are over 80 and the dials give such scanty information that we cannot judge where they should be, eg. the temperature. His previous oven from you has been so good and we expected an updated version of it. I do hope we win the £100 vouchers as I persuaded him to buy it and this would reimburse him. Otherwise – there it sits abandoned – never to be used.
