The pan is well made and feels solid. It looks quite attractive too. It is slightly heavier than I expected, but not excessively so.

The saucepan is great but the problem is with the lids. When you wash the lid water gets between the plastic handle and the glass so I am returning the saucepan.
I ordered a 20cm size and have had the same problems and even a replacement lid
Sent out the fault has been with all of them. A customer reported this 3 years ago. Customer services would not escalate the fault to a senior manager shame on them to carry on like this they do not accept or care about the problem existing. The email reply from customer services was keep or return for credit so I am returning both saucepans and a frying pan which was on the same order as they do not care.

Value for money great saucepans

Good weight but not too heavy. Good sturdy handle. Have only used it twice cooking vegetables so cannot comment on how it cleans with something stuck on the inside. Also have not yet used the lid. At first was disappointed the sides were not completely straight down , it narrows towards the bottom of the saucepan but it actually holds more than my old straight sided saucepan.

I have only use this pan once, it was easy to clean I didn’t put it in the dishwasher but the lid already has water trapped in between the lid ! I haven’t yet use the other one and I’m not sure I want to be unscrewing the lid every time I wash it, so not happy. Also I ordered two one slightly bigger and the packaging was way over the top ! The two pans could have easily fitted into one box with plenty off room to spare

I am very pleased with these pans, having used my others for a while I noticed the nonstick was lifting.
So off they went to the recycling centre.
I spent a while researching pans and recalled I had bought tower pans many years ago. My late mother liked the brand.
So I ordered a small one was very happy so bought another two.
They don’t stick, they are substantial enough to cope with daily bumps and bans and wash up really well in dishwasher or by hand.
I made both jam and chutney in the large one, no sticking at all excellent
I would recommend these pans I suspect they will last years.
