I’ve been using tower cerastone pans for a while the quality is really good, and they are non stick

The damaged lid was delivered to me on 17/10/2023 and I immediately called customer service to let them know what was sent to me. The officer who spoke to me then asked me to take a picture of the damaged lid and forward it with an email which I did. That was on 17/10/2023 and up till now nothing is been sent to me. I can not make use of the 20 cm, the 24 cm Frypan and the 22 cm saucepan. I don’t know how long it will take to replace the damaged 22 cm saucepan.
