We have another version of Tower saucepans , which are fine, but needed smaller sizes as there just two of us to cater for. These saucepans do not work on our Lamona ceramic hob. We e-mailed Tower customer service pointing this out and asking if we could exchange them for something which does work on our ceramic hob. No reply from Tower customer service so we chased a response. What we got back was this request for a review. The issue has NOT been dealt with – USELESS.
