This was my first time ordering an air fryer, and unfortunately, the one I received had a crack. However, the customer service team responded very quickly and clearly explained how I could return it. The whole return process took just about five minutes, right across the street from my home. As soon as they received the damaged one, they sent me a brand-new replacement, delivered right to my hands. I didn’t have to pay anything extra.
I’m very happy with both the service and the air fryer itself. It doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect since I have a very small kitchen. It’s compact and efficient — I’m truly satisfied. Great job!

Only had Air Fryer for a week so not had time to try too many meals yet. So far things look promising as it is easy to use and clean. The booklet that comes with it is very useful, and further cook books and online websites, give further information on recipes cooking times and temperature.

Very convenient in air frying items like fritters, fries, Samosa and Ramadan savouries. It’s quick and hassle free. I am very happy with the size and one big basket that is deep enough to cook things easier.

This is a very good machine. Everything comes out well cooked and scrumptious. I am a bit tardy with this review as I needed time to assess the machine. I do find asking for a review within days of receiving goods a bit silly as one needs time to properly test it to give a proper judgement.

I love my new airfryer. I have only had it about 3 weeks but one of the rubber feet on the grill plate has split. I contacted Tower and they do not do the part! This is the only downside on this airfryer. It will probably scratch the sides of the machine.

Really effective air fryer that has the space to cook all I need. The window and light are great for checking progress. The plate at the bottom is a little flimsy. Two of the protective covers on the little feet split the first time I used it. Love how it cooks bacon and cheese on toast. Have used it much more than I thought I would!

Very neat and space saving – does much more than my previous Air Fryer so really pleased with my purchase. The oinly slight negative is that the basket is slightly thinner material than my previous one and sounds a bit tinny when being put into place but this is a very minor thing and does not impact on the use of it.
