Great piece of kit . Purchased for our caravan as it does Everything!. And I wasn’t disappointed!. Only niggle was instructions weren’t brilliant. But on the whole well worth the purchase.

Instruction booklet is not very good, recipes the same as the old 11 litre model bought years ago, only one extra. Don’t like the lower heating element makes it harder to clean and if you alternate the shelves when cooking more than one item anything on bottom shelf gets burnt as I discovered when cooking pizza and chips. Would have considered sending it back if I still had the box.

it is not an issue with the air fryer it is an issue with your warehouse, your customer service & the courier that you use.. I sent the below email on the 1st July & not one reply back request 1047669.. Does anyone care at Tower?? I then note that its 30.00 cheaper on Amazon so I would urge anyone to not buy from you direct this is the email I had zero response from :
Regarding my recent order, I ordered Thursday 26th June for next day delivery, I book the day off work & nothing arrives, I call Tower to be told that issues within your warehouse. Monday, I receive an email from Evri stating will be delivered that day, so again I took time out of work, guess what?? It didn’t arrive so more unpaid time off work! I call customer service desk to be told that the item is too large for next day delivery?? If this is the case, why did you advertise for next day delivery & why was I only told of this on the Monday after the order was taken?
Today, Tuesday It finally arrives, (had to take more time off work to meet the delivery, luckily, I took no notice of the delivery time & booked the afternoon off as it came one hour earlier then their delivery slot).
The air fryer arrives, I open the box & it has clearly been dropped as it is out of shape, door wont close, I managed to unscrew the bottom panel & pushed it back into place, now the door closes, as you can see from the attached pictures, I am now left with an air fryer that has clearly been damaged due to it probably being thrown around by the courier.
I totally appreciate that this is out of your hands & I am happy to keep it as I cannot go through the same miserable process of ordering another one, I simply can’t afford to take more time away from work!
Please note that it has been a miserable & very costly experience for me, I now own an air fryer that looks like it’s been hit with a hammer!

The oven itself is great, but am very disappointed about that the shelves where missing. I was told to repack it and send it back and I will get a refund. As you did have any spares , which I can understand when you advertise spares . Anyway I manage to get second hand one. A refund for the shelves as I did get what I paid for. The oven itself is great

Bought this appliance to compliment a smaller air fryer.
Due to upward spiralling energy costs, required something larger as a replacement to a conventional oven.
The Digital Air Fryer Oven does this and more with its exta capacity, shorter duration cooking times and multi programmes that facilitate a wider range of cooking options.

I would be pleased with the Vortx 30L Air Fryer but wonder if this is an end of range model. Unfortunately I had a mishap with the shelves and the rotisserie which got left inside with the plastic on when putting the oven on for 15 minutes as advised before using. The plastic melted on to parts and was impossible to get off so I contacted the parts department to purchase the replacement parts but after 4 days of emails back and forth I was told there isn’t any in stock and try again in 30 days. Now I’m left with a new air fryer I am unable to use properly. This is poor customer service if you can’t get any spare parts.

Wanted to get a larger air fryer to replace my 11L vortx that was coming towards the end of its life, and especially with Christmas coming so I could do the whole meal in one go. It’s very easy to use, though the digital buttons can be a bit temperamental, and only being 1800w means it does take a few minutes longer than my 11L. My only complaint is the mesh trays which are an absolute pain to clean, especially as I don’t have a dishwasher. For my 11L I just bought holey trays online which slotted in instead and worked a treat, but can’t find anything similar for the 30L. Overall it does its job and has lots of useful cooking options, but I think I’ll keep this one for when I need to do larger meals and have already bought another 11L to replace my old one.

I’m still finding my way around it, but I absolutely love it. Don’t some beautiful pork chops. They were so tender and I’m going to be doing some mince and dumplings and I’m doing the dumplings in the air fryer.

This is a BIG one, compared to my Tower T17039 11 Litre it is, which I’ve had for a few years now.
I wanted something bigger to work along with my 11L air fryer oven, and this 30L beauty is first class. I’ve been wanting to make my own bread without having to buy a breadmaker, and this gorgeous speciman even has a ‘proofing’ option. There is so much this air fryer oven can do that other multi-use air fryer ovens can’t do; I am very impressed.
The touch screen does take a little getting used to, it’s not as simple as my 11L, but once you remember what to do, it will eventually become second nature; at this time, I still keep forgetting what exactly I did before to get it going on my chosen option, but then I’ve only had it a couple of weeks.
