Poor Build Quality, wires comes out after 1st use, claimed anti hair tangle, its full with hair after use, RUBBISH, NOT RECOMENDED

In my opinion it was underpowered,also the cleaning process took best part of 30 minutes and ‘loud’ roller drying still left it very damp .
To top-it all the ‘up to 30 minutes running’ turned out to be be less than 19!

I was sceptical at first but now I’m converted. This is a great convenient way to clean floors quickly and without much effort. I would love to have given 5 stars but only small issue is the clean water tank leaks from the bottom if you’re filling it at the sink and taking to the cleaner. I use it several times a week – love it.

Brilliant Bit of Kit.
Recently bought a Karcher Hard Floor Cleaner which was Good but the Tower is far Superior with the Inbuilt Hoover function. Excellent Price too direct from Tower.

Saw this advertised on shopping channel & was lead to believe it was OK for wood & laminate flooring. This is not the case as when it arrived the booklet clearly states not suitable for wood or laminate. I contacted Tower to return it immediately.
