Delivered within 3 working dasy of ordering with free p&p. Very pleased with pan. Heat seems to be distributed evenly across the base and the non-stick coating does as it says – although time will tell. I have taken advantage of exending the warranty to 10 years for free. Surprisingly light given the size with a comfortable handle. A joy to cook with.
