Great appliance but has a few drawbacks. This multi cooker has a steam function but in order to use it you will need your own unversal steam rack. I expected to use this function out of the box without the need for an additional purpose. The slow cooker presets are not great either. The high setting tops out at 95ºc, the average high temp on slow cookers is 114ºc. So the food wasnt quite done as well as it is another slow cooker i have. It does however have a DIY function to remedy this problem. The manual thats supplied is not very helpful and lacks details on how to get the best out of each setting and use it to its potential. There are no recepies included, the 15,000 recepies thats mentioned are just generally whats available on the goodfood website.
Overall, its a great product. The cast iron pot is good quality and cooks really well after adjusting the settings. I wouldn’t have been happy to pay the full retail price, i was lucky enough to find it cheaper with another retailer. Hopefully tower are able to create an additional manual that explains the various functions better.

Is a great product, however, an instruction leaflet would be helpful for using the different functions eg.sear, rice. It’s a bit trial and error atm.

Absolutely brilliant! No using lots of pans. Whether you want to sear, slow cook, bake, use in the hob, put in the oven it’s so versatile! Everything is in one place and fantastic results every time. Can highly recommend!
