This 16in 1 steam cleaner is a must have i used it yesterday to steam clean rug came up amazing also today did my stairs with the hand held part carpet came up fabulous would highly recommend this product its light weight so easy to do the cleaning in no time heats up in seconds too which is great 😀

RSM16 Multi Function 16-in-1 Steam Mop I’ve rated it 4 star as erthe power cable cable could do with being longer maybe 8 metres, also as someone else mentioned that the extension handle is very flimsy!!!
But there again it’s got 3 years warranty once you registered it

Felt a very flimsy construction, I was wary using the mop as it felt that the handle would break at any time. A good range of attachments but the steamer was awkward and cumbersome to use as a handheld. The addition of a length of hose to connect the accessories to the steamer would help.
While it does the job, the construction and ease of use let it down. Overall disappointing. .

I did not get far as using the mop as when it arrived the box was broken parts missing. It was a returned item which was sent to me

Parcel arrived looking like it had previously been purchased by someone else and had been taped back up poorly, once opened by myself it came apparent that there was a missing part, still yet to receive a response regarding the matter after emailing the customer care team VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

This item has never arrived so i opened a ticket with this company but their review request landed my inbox before the answer for the missing steam mop which is lost on Evri as they confirmed it in their correspondence. I learned the lesson and will never go for the cheaper, Argos is delivering items on time at least and their return and communication is straightforward. in order to avoid hassles I recommend against buying anything from this store.

I received the product with missing accessory. The rod wasn’t fitting in, I think there was no lock in it or might be broken. So the upper rod i.e. The handle kept coming out. The quality of material of which the accessories are made are very poor. I have returned the product and waiting for my refund. Would never recommend anyone to buy this product. Not worth any price
